Hyena Square on TVT tonight

Today Friday – World Aids Day – TVT will show the documentary "Hyena Square" at 10:45 PM.

The film is about Elisa, a former child prostitute who is open aobut living with hiv.

After the film was made, the infamous neighbourhood known as Uwanja wa Fisi is being demolished by the authorites. Meanwhile, inspired by Elisa, more than a hundred youth have formed an organisation for helping each other find new livelihoods and the first Narcotics Anonymous group in Tanzania is now meeting at the square.
